As you may be aware, Cleveland County’s COVID risk remains at red, meaning COVID cases remain high and at risk of a further outbreak. To learn more about the COVID rates and preventive measures, visit: www.conoravirus.gov.
At this time, we continue to offer window and virtual visits as well as compassionate care visits.*
Facility-wide, we continue to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by screening residents and employees routinely for COVID symptoms, testing twice per week, and wearing personal protective equipment.

*When a resident is on an end-of-life program and has had a significant change in their condition — whether physical or mental. Medical Park West is able to permit one family member at a time, 2-3 times per week, to visit with their loved one.
